There are multiple methods of locating Reserve items, making searches simplified.

Permanent Reserve and Course Reserve materials can be searched by author, title, subject, and keyword in the UWF Library Catalog as one would any other item.

In the case of Course Reserve materials, patrons can also search using Instructor's last name, the course name, and the course number.

You can search for reserve materials using the search box on the library's homepage, or by using the full catalog interface.

If you use the full catalog interface drop-down fields display all active instructors and courses at any given time. Click the image to the right for a larger view.

When you get a list of search results you'll see that items associated with a course are then displayed showing which particular format each item is. Physical materials will have a shelf number that Reserves staff will use to retrieve the item for the patron. eReserve readings and streaming video clips will be listed with a clickable URL. Click the image to the right to see an example of a mixed result set with both physical items (with call numbers) and downloadable/streamable items. Clicking the URL of an eReserve article will download a PDF file that you can open with a compatible viewer (Adobe Acrobat Reader is an example). Clicking a streaming video URL launches the embedded video player.

A valid Nautilus Card number or Argonet credentials are required to access the course reserve database from outside the library.
